The admission standard is on a comprehensive basis, including personal experience, educational background, work experience, team spirit, and leadership skills. Priority will be given to applicants who meet the following requirements:

1. Hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) from a recognized university
2. Possess at least 10 years of managerial or decision-making experience
3. Have made outstanding contributions to enterprises, industries, society, or the country
